How Does Brexin Work?
Brexin belongs to the class of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and works through multiple mechanisms to provide pain relief and reduce inflammation:- Cyclooxygenase Inhibition: Piroxicam inhibits both COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, which are responsible for the production of prostaglandins - chemical mediators that promote pain, inflammation, and fever.
