By accessing or using the PakMeds website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including customers, registered members, and visitors.

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use our platform. By placing an order, you confirm that all medicines are intended for lawful personal use and not for resale or distribution.

Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid doctor's prescription. Uploading a false or altered prescription is a criminal offence under Pakistani law. PakMeds reserves the right to cancel any order where the prescription is deemed invalid or insufficient.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or selection of Cash on Delivery. In case of pricing errors, PakMeds reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. For prescription medicines that have already been prepared, cancellation may not be accepted after verification. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. PakMeds is not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only. Prescription medicines, once dispensed, cannot be returned due to regulatory requirements. Cold-chain products cannot be returned under any circumstances. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All content on PakMeds including logos, text, images, product descriptions, and software is the property of PakMeds or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

PakMeds is not a healthcare provider. Information on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a licensed physician before using any medicine. PakMeds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
