Eligible Returns
- You received a damaged, broken, or tampered product.
- You received a wrong medicine or incorrect quantity.
- The product delivered is expired.
- The sealed pack was already opened on arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
- Prescription medicines once dispensed — by law, these cannot be resold or restocked.
- Cold-chain / temperature-sensitive products (insulin, vaccines, biologics).
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Items returned after 24 hours of delivery.
- Products purchased on special promotional or clearance sale.
How to Return
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+92 300 000 0000) or email (returns@pakmeds.com).
- Share a clear photo or video of the damaged/wrong item and the sealed packaging.
- Our team will verify and approve the return within 24 hours.
- An approved return will be collected by our courier partner at no cost to you.
- Replacement or refund is processed after the item is received and inspected.
Refund Methods
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.
- Online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Partial refunds may be issued where only part of an order is returned.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Note: All return and refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of PakMeds. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria or where we suspect abuse of the returns process.
